What was going to be a normal Tuesday last week turned into an impromptu and fun-filled day of photography with an amazing Dallas photographer!
On a Monday we were contacted on Instagram by Helena Kaye, a professional photographer (IG: @helenakayephotography) and entrepreneur growing her business in the Dallas area.
Spontaneous Couples Photoshoot
At the recommendation of another local Dallas social media influencer, Helena Kaye reached out to us to see if we would be interested in collaborating on a photo shoot!
We love spontaneous adventures, so we quickly rearranged our schedules to make it happen the very next day!

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve – Plano, TX
We did the photo shoot at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano, TX – a well known location in the North Dallas area with wonderful hiking trails and spots to take pictures.
All of the tress and plants were green, the wildflowers were blooming, and everything was perfect for a photoshoot!
The afternoon of the session, the weather was warm and the sky was overcast, but DAMN, it was WINDY!
Through the whole photoshoot we kept chasing Kate’s hat through the fields of wildflowers at Arbor Hills haha!
Even with the crazy wind, Helena Kaye did an amazing job capturing so many of our special moments with beautiful photos!
